Specifically, we will:

• Consult with you to understand your requirements and company culture.
• Search for candidates who meet all these requirements.
• Interview the candidates and (through specialized questioning strategies) weed out the potential winners from the wannabes.
• Check references for you.
• Act as your consultant throughout the hiring process by assessing candidates’ strengths and weaknesses and ultimate suitability for the position.
• Help you negotiate with the candidate and act as your advocate and liaison.
• Follow up with you once you’ve hired the candidate, to ensure that you are thrilled.
• Never, ever solicit any of your employees for positions outside your company. That’s just wrong.
• Understand that when we are recruiting for you, we represent you. We behave as if we are an extension of your organization to uphold your reputation and image.
• Keep your confidential information confidential. Period.
